The objective of this project was to create an extensive brochure for a set of condo apartments. I created Altezza, an innovative condo developer that prides itself on offering a modern and functional living environment. Based in Sweden, Altezza draws inspiration from the rich Scandinavian design tradition to deliver a unique perspective on the vacation home. 

The central theme is migration: like some birds, many people migrate with the seasons seeking warmer weather in the winter and cooler weather in the summer. Striking the perfect balance between city and seaside, these apartments are tailor-made for people between 45 and 78 years old looking to purchase a second home.
